The full broadcast flake system is our most popular residential and commercial floor option — and for good reason. It combines a highly durable epoxy and polyaspartic system with a decorative, textured finish in 16 signature color blends. The flake broadcast creates natural slip resistance, hides minor surface imperfections, and produces a floor that's as attractive as it is functional.

What "Full Broadcast" Means

Full broadcast means the flake chips are thrown into the wet base coat at 100% coverage — meaning the entire floor surface is covered with flake, edge to edge, with no bare spots. This is different from a "partial broadcast" or decorative scatter, which leaves significant bare areas between chips. Full broadcast provides superior slip resistance, better adhesion for the topcoat, and a more consistent finished appearance.

The System Stack

1. Diamond grinding: Opens the concrete surface for mechanical bond
2. Primer coat: Penetrates deep into the ground concrete surface
3. 100% solids epoxy base coat: Applied to the primed surface
4. Full broadcast flake: Color chips thrown at 100% coverage into the wet base coat
5. Scrape and blow: Excess loose flake removed after curing; surface lightly abraded
6. UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat: Final protective layer locks the flake in permanently
